Liver Cleanse Anyone? :)


Had another wonderful weekend full of relaxation and time spent with family and friends.  I found a great housekeeper who is way more affordable than the first one (you can read about it here) so I have more free time to enjoy myself now and do what I love with people I love.  J  

In my last post, I wrote about the modern tests for optimum health.  This is very exciting because last week I actually had the blood test done to see my food sensitivities.  The lab in Florida will check how I react to the most common 160 food items and chemicals.  The report they’ll send me this week will show the foods I don’t react to, the foods I’m moderately sensitive to, and the foods I’m severely sensitive to.  I’m so curious to see what’s in it!

I am also getting ready to do the liver cleanse this weekend.  Something I researched a lot.  (The details are here.)  It really helped my friend to get rid of severe allergies so I know for a fact that it works.  It’s also supposed to improve digestion and absorption of nutrients, besides other great things, so I am very curious to try it out. 

As you can see, this is a journey.  Several years ago I ate really crappy food, barely exercised, and was sick a lot.  Then I learned about holistic approach to health and started taking baby steps in that direction.  I knew so little back then!  Today, I don’t know it all and I’m far from perfect but I keep learning every day so I can be my radiant self for me and for people I care about.
