"We all need to learn to take more responsibility for our own health instead of handing that responsibility to others. We need to look at our lifestyle and make changes, instead of taking medications to mask the underlying problem. We need to adopt lifestyle changes for our long-term health and well-being.
These changes have to be complete. There is no use changing our diet, if we do not increase our exercise. And it is no use running the streets, if we return home to a meal of high fats and instant gratification. And it is no use eating well and exercising well, if your mind is stressed.
A healthy life can only be achieved by an all-round approach to lifestyle, beginning with diet, then working through a program of exercise, reducing stress and finally a calm and centered mind through meditation."
