Seriously, all this yumminess took my hubby (let's call him a guest presenter) less than 15 minutes to whip up:

So, first – go to Trader Joe’s. Get frozen large shrimp, frozen quinoa duo with veggie mélange, and Mediterranean hummus (but any will do).
Second, defrost shrimp (soak in cold water for 2-5min until thawed), de-tail. Open quinoa and place in a sauce pan on medium heat for 7-10 mins (one pack 2 servings).
Third, lightly oil skillet (on medium heat), place shrimp in a bowl, add one once of tequila (optional) and your favorite spices mix (mine is TJ's 21 Season Solute). CAUTION !!! Pour shrimp into hot skillet with one hand and cover immediately with the skillet top with the other hand. Let cook for 2 mins, then uncover and flip. Cook 2-3 min. Check to see if ready: personal preference here (shrimp cooks very fast!) and quinoa should be ready by now.
Fourth and final, add a touch: put tea spoon amounts of hummus on the shrimp. Now serve on a plate in an artistic fashion. -- Bon Appétit!
Recipe, please :)
