Charmed Life


Just had a lecture by Victoria Moran, a Life & Health Coach, and an author of “How to Live a Charmed Life”.  Really loved her ideas.  Because why do we really want to be healthy?  To simply spend less time sick in bed and pay less for doctor’s visits, or do we wanna be healthy so we can finally make our lives better, more fun, more meaningful and fulfilling?  Real health = boundless energy and enthusiasm, being able to live 100%.  That’s what I signed up for. 

So, one of the concepts I loved was “ME in the Morning”.  Whereas, ME means Meditation + Exercise.  And then for breakfast you make “the best choice from what’s available”.  The idea is if you start you day right, you instantly become a “healthy person”, and guess what:  healthy people make healthy choices!   From the very start, you get into this great mindset and let the Universe know what your priorities are.  And the Universe will then line everything up in that order.  As Deepak Chopra says, people and our emotions are vibrations.  There are low vibrations and high vibrations, and similar vibrations attract each other.  So what vibration are you this morning?
