3/9/2011 :)

YEAH! First morning without caffeine and/or sugar and I’m feeling great!  (I've been off caffeine/sugar for 4 days now after abusing it for about 3-4 weeks.)  The key was a morning long walk to Mission, couple of bench push-ups and lots of liquid (water + Ocean extract, then Vitality Greens + Dong Quai + water) and then quick rest after walk.  Walk felt great – we finally have a beautiful warm weather.  Real summer.  Makes you wanna get out of bed and go enjoy the warm morning.  Also helped – I made up my mind about monthly allowance for my Mom and I told her about it.  This Mama situation bugs me so much lately.  Especially because Misha has a different opinion and I feel that somewhere he is right.  So now I guess I don’t have to think about this anymore, or feel guilty, the plan is clear and out of my brain.  Starting today, absolutely no caffeine and no sugar for 3 months.  Also, no dairy and very little gluten.  I must figure out what is causing me feeling like crap sometimes.  If it’s not sugar & caffeine (even in small dozes), I need to be sure of it. 

Masha came over last night and we did some chants singing.  Feels great…  Had to stop tough because of the neighbors.  J
