Cheating, cheating. But still on the diet. Doesn’t make sense but I’m still moving forward! I’m still cooking wholesome foods and eating home mostly. I signed up for Plow to Porch – fresh produce deliver service that delivers local organic veggies and fruit to you door once a week. I eat less sugar, gluten and caffeine. I eat more vegetables and more raw organic vegetables. I take supplements and superfoods. I almost don’t overeat anymore. I eat much more easy-to-digest and liver-friendly foods like soups and broths with almost every meal. I eat cultured vegetables and drink probiotic drinks. And I started exercising without getting sick. That’s big!
I still do plan to go completely refined sugar free and caffeine free for at least 3 months to follow the Body Ecology Diet exactly. But I’m not beating myself up for not doing it right now. I’m focusing on what I’m doing right, on my progress. Because it keeps me from going off the diet completely and harming myself, as it used to happen in the past very often. I feel happy and balanced most of the time and I am planning to stick to it. Happy Valentine’s Day to meeee! J
